Module 2: Crisis Prevention

Our Crisis Prevention Training & Programs activities typically involve empirically proven techniques, and may involve skills and knowledge acquisition, specialist workshop design, and stress tests to reinforce your standard operational procedures.

In case an emergency situation is occurring - or has occurred - our Quick Response Team (QRT) is ready to assist, reinforce, or act as your crisis response team. Crisis Management Assistance & Support initiatives become essential to - potentially proactively - deal with specific emergency situations. In close cooperation with your representatives, our specialists are stand-by to organize and coordinate your crisis response team, provide first-hand assistance, or actually execute the on-going negotiations.

Module 4: Crisis Folow-up and Post-Vention

Should a need to assist and intervene in the aftermath of a crisis situation occur, our Crisis Follow-up team is ready to act. Our experts identify potential post-hoc hazards in dealing with governments, law enforcement, and criminal elements. In addition, our mental readiness network may provide care for your employees' and their relatives.
